Why Highlands Ranch Homeowners Call Us First

24/7 Phone, Daily Repairs

A real person answers around the clock at (303) 729-0972. Hands-on repair work runs every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so an evening breakdown does not have to wait until Monday.

Local, Family-Owned

We live and work at Highlands Ranch elevation, near 5,920 feet. That means we already understand how a kitchen behaves up here before we ever pull the appliance out.

Specialists, Not Generalists

Dual-fuel ranges, sealed compressor systems, and integrated column refrigerators need a different touch than a builder-grade unit. This is the equipment we work on all day.

One Flat $89 Diagnostic

You pay a single, honest $89 for the inspection. Every repair price is a starting estimate confirmed on-site, never a number invented over the phone.

One Crew for Every Appliance in the Kitchen

From the wine wall to the vent hood, we cover the ten appliance categories that matter most in a premium Highlands Ranch home.

Refrigerator Repair

Warm compartments, frost buildup, and failing sealed systems that thin mountain air can make trickier to diagnose.

Freezer Repair

Freezers that will not hold below zero, ice on the coils, or a compressor that cycles too often at altitude.

Ice Maker Repair

Slow production, hollow or cloudy cubes, and water-line issues on built-in and standalone ice machines.

Wine Cooler Repair

Drifting zone temperatures and noisy fans that put a collection at risk in a dedicated wine refrigerator.

Oven Repair

Uneven baking, slow preheat, and igniters that struggle in the lower-pressure air common to the Front Range.

Range Repair

Burners that will not light clean, yellow-tipped flames, and dual-fuel controls acting up after a move or install.

Cooktop Repair

Induction elements that drop out, gas cooktops that click without lighting, and cracked or unresponsive glass tops.

Dishwasher Repair

Poor drainage, cycles that stall, and leaks from door seals or pumps on integrated luxury dishwashers.

Ventilation Repair

Weak hood suction, dead blowers, and lighting or control faults on professional-grade range hoods.

Outdoor Kitchen Repair

Grills, outdoor refrigeration, and burners exposed to Colorado seasons on patio and backyard setups.

Can I get same-day appliance repair near me?
Yes. Someone answers the phone 24/7, and repair visits run daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so most Highlands Ranch calls are seen the same day or the next morning. Call early for the widest choice of arrival windows.
How much does a service call cost?

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you affiliated with Sub-Zero, Wolf, or any manufacturer?

No. We are a fully independent, locally owned repair company. We service Sub-Zero, Wolf, and many other premium brands, but we are not an authorized arm of any manufacturer, which lets us schedule around your day rather than a corporate queue.

Does high altitude actually affect my appliances?

It does. At Highlands Ranch elevation the thinner air changes how gas burners breathe and how sealed refrigeration systems settle, so a range or freezer that ran fine at sea level can behave differently here. We account for that when we diagnose, adjust, and recharge.

What areas do you cover?

Highlands Ranch is our home base, and we regularly serve surrounding Douglas and Arapahoe County communities including Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Parker, Littleton, Centennial, and Greenwood Village.

How do I pay and schedule?

Book anytime through our online link or call (303) 729-0972. We do not use email or web contact forms, so the fastest path to a real person is always the phone. Payment is collected after the visit.

Do you stand behind the work?

Yes. We diagnose the actual failure rather than guessing at parts, explain what we found, and back completed repairs. Our 4.9 out of 5 rating across 187+ reviews reflects that approach.

Called just before six in the morning fully expecting to leave a voicemail, and a real person picked up. Our garage freezer had quit overnight in the June heat with half a side of beef sitting in it — the condenser fan had seized solid, and he already had the replacement with him, so it was done in one visit. Not a thing thawed, and he was decent enough not to comment on the state of the garage.

I had already started pricing new dishwashers. Every glass was coming out of the Miele with a chalky grey film on it and nothing I ran through the machine made any difference. The real culprit was our hard Douglas County water: scale baked hard onto the heating element, and a spray-arm bearing worn enough to wobble. He descaled it, fitted the new bearing, and corrected a water softener setting that had apparently been wrong since the house was built — clear glassware again, for a small fraction of a replacement.

Sixty-two degrees is not where you want a cabinet of reds sitting, and by then the display had gone dark as well. A power blip earlier that month had cooked the control board; he confirmed that on the first visit, got the correct board, and fitted it a couple of days later. What I appreciated more was that he then set a target temperature our basement can genuinely hold — at 6,200 feet it swings far more than people expect — rather than leaving it on a number that would have the compressor fighting all year.

The griddle on our Wolf had gone from useful to useless, scorching eggs on one pass and barely setting them on the next. He put a meter on it, found the griddle plate thermostat reading well outside its range, and swapped it. Then he checked the oven calibration while he was in there without my asking, which up here matters more than most people realise. The invoice matched the number he gave me before he started, to the dollar.

Every couple of weeks we were chipping a sheet of ice off the freezer floor and mopping up after it. The drain-line heater had failed, so defrost water was refreezing before it ever reached the drain — a genuine part went in and the ice has not come back once since. He also pulled the grille and showed me how much dust a Westridge summer packs into the condenser, which I now vacuum on a schedule.

The humidity control in our undercounter wine drawer stopped regulating and the corks were starting to dry out. I have to be honest about the scheduling: we were given an arrival window twice and both times they turned up well outside it without a phone call, so an afternoon went to waste. The technician himself was excellent — he explained what the humidity module actually does, fitted the replacement, and it has held steady ever since. Good work, but the dispatching needs tightening up.
