The business grew out of a frustration we heard again and again from friends and neighbors: a beautiful, expensive kitchen that nobody nearby seemed able to fix well. Homeowners were being handed vague quotes over the phone, waiting a week for a callback, or watching a technician swap parts at random until something worked. We thought people deserved better than a guessing game, especially when a built-in refrigerator can be the quiet workhorse of a whole household.

So we set out to do the opposite. We kept the team small and local, invested in the diagnostic tools that high-end appliances demand, and made a promise to treat every home the way we treat our own. Highlands Ranch is where we live, at roughly 5,920 feet where the dry mountain air and big seasonal swings put real strain on compressors and seals, so we understand these appliances in the exact conditions you use them.
