Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Sub-Zero Highlands Ranch, you agree to the terms outlined below. Sub-Zero Highlands Ranch operates as an independent appliance repair company and maintains no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement arrangement with any appliance manufacturer whose products we service.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee applies to each service appointment. This fee covers the technician's travel to your location and a comprehensive inspection of the reported appliance issue. If you authorize the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the total cost of the service.
Repair Warranty
All repairs completed by Sub-Zero Highlands Ranch are backed by a warranty covering both parts and labor. The specific warranty duration and terms are provided in writing at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in the components we install and the quality of our technicians' workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Parts Policy
We use factory-recommended and OEM-grade replacement parts for all repairs. Availability of specific components may occasionally affect repair timelines. In such cases, we will communicate the expected delivery schedule and provide an estimated completion date promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Sub-Zero Highlands Ranch is not liable for pre-existing appliance conditions, damage unrelated to the repair we performed, or issues that arise from improper use of the appliance following our service. Our liability is limited to the scope of the specific repair performed.
